2	Objektif:	2.1 Computer System Assistant Technician Level 2 is designated to perform computer system installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and computer network installation. He/she also expected to perform computer systems administrative functions. In particular he/she will: Set up computer system unit components Set up computer peripherals Install computer operating system Install computer device drivers Install application software Upgrade computer system unit components Update computer device drivers Update application software Maintain computer system work area Diagnose system error logs/ beeps Diagnose computer threats Scan computer threats Execute data back up Maintain computer system unit Maintain computer peripherals Carry out parts installation Check internal and external computer power supply devices Inspect computer system unit Check computer peripherals Check computer storage devices Check computer communication devices Check computer system software Replace computer faulty component Set up computer network cable Design computer network environment Set up client network operating system Comply with company security policy Store customer data/information Evaluate anti-virus program 2.2 Computer System Technician Level 3 is designated to perform computer system installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and computer network installation. He/she also expected to provide remote technical support, perform computer systems administrative functions and supervisory functions. 6	Tarikh Latihan:	1. Januari – September (Tahap 2 / Tahun Pertama) 2. September – November (Tahap 3): 3. Ogos – November (tahun berikutnya) = Latihan Industri (LI)
7	Tempat Latihan:	Kampus Jabatan Pembangunan Sumber Manusia, Jalan Pantai Manis, Papar
